Waitlist Registration

Open Registration: January 2nd - February 15th

Waitlist with Late Fee: February 16th (until teams are full)

If your player was registered for Fall, Spring is included

What Registration includes

  • 8 spring soccer games

  • 1 uniform set, jersey, shorts, and socks

  • 1 soccer ball

  • Referee fees for U10 teams and older

Who Can Register

  • Orem Youth Soccer Recreation is for players ages 4-18

  • Players must be 4 years old on or before December 31 of the Fall/Spring season

  • If your child turns 4 after December 31st, they are not eligible for the Spring season.

Buddy requests are welcomed but not guaranteed. Players are placed on available teams.

  • Players are placed on teams by the age group coordinator assigned to their age group

  • Please ensure the email address used in your account is current.  Email is our primary method of communication

Age Group Divisions

  • Players may request to play-up one year and must receive approval.

  • Play-up requests should be emailed to playup@oremyouthsoccer.com, and include the players name and birth date.

What Players Need

  • Shin guards

  • Closed-toe shoes

    • If cleats are worn, they must be soccer cleats only.  No toe cleat and no metal cleat​.  Click HERE for an example

  • Jewelry of any kind is not allowed​

Game and Practice Info

  • Games begin in mid-late March.

  • Coaches will hold 1 practice a week before each game.

    • Practice days, times, and locations are determined by each coach​

    • Practices are usually held at local elementary schools (Not Lakeside).

  • Most games are played on Saturday, with the potential of 1 or 2 weekday games.

    • All games are played at Lakeside Sport Complex​

Volunteers

  • Orem Youth Soccer is a volunteer organization.

  • Coaches are volunteer parents

  • Families may be asked to help fill these roles.
